Dong Ding – #01
Taiwan Green Dong Ding is an excellent quality tea, highly praised by tea-lovers around the world.
The tea leaves are grown and produced at the Dong Ding Mountain in Taiwan. At just over 1000m, the mountain region offers an environment with weather and soil conditions that are ideal for producing high-grade teas.
This full-bodied tea has mellow sweet notes and a mouthfeel that is thick and long lasting with hints of peach and butter biscuit.
Dong Ding is a tea that is suitable for everyday drinking.
Standard western-style brewing Instructions –
Brewing vessel: small teapot // Tea: 7 grams // Water: 300ml // Water Temperature: 85 – 90˚C // Possible infusions: 3- 4 // Brewing Time: 5 (rinse)/120/80/140/180 seconds
