Li Shan Winter – #02

This 1st class tea exudes the characteristic flowery headiness of Li Shan mountain tea.

Li Shan (Pear Mountain) is one of the highest tea-growing regions in Taiwan, with elevations reaching up to 2600m. The moist and cool climate of the region produces teas of an exceptional quality.

The dry scent of this Li Shan is “biscuity” while the palate is smooth and buttery with hints of orchid, honey blossom and sugarcane lingering in the aftertaste.

Standard western-style brewing Instructions:
Brewing vessel: small teapot // Tea: 7 grams // Water: 300ml // Water Temperature: 85 – 90˚C // Possible infusions: 3- 4 // Brewing Time: 5 (rinse)/120/80/140/180 seconds
(Please note that these are only basic guidelines. Many elements can affect the quality of your brew. We recommend finding a method that suits your personal taste.)
